Our small group Bible studies are for each and everyONE. We understand that in a large church it is easy to feel like ONE person lost in a crowd. HHM will help you connect with fellow believers, learn the Word of God, and grow in your relationship with Christ in a small group setting.

The mission of these groups is rooted in the Word of God in Acts 2:46, where we read about believers who came together to fellowship and grow in their relationships with Christ. Our small group Bible studies are located in the homes of fellow believers all over the city of Tucson. Small group leaders provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for you to ask questions, establish relationships, and above all, mature spiritually.

MEN'S PRECEPT BIBLE STUDY

The purpose of our Men's Precept Bible Study is to provide a structured opportunity for men to study Scripture, discuss revelation, and become equipped for ministry. The study provides resources to study and books on specific topics and areas of Scripture. The weekly meeting is designed for teaching, discussion, and edification.
If you want to know God and His will for your life, you must do more than merely read the Bible and study what someone else has said about it. You must personally interact with God's Word, absorbing its message and letting the Holy Spirit engrave His truth on your heart. Join us as we look into the mirror of God's Word and allow Him to conform us into His image.

WOMEN'S PRECEPT BIBLE STUDY

The goal of the Women’s Precept Bible Study is to lead women into discovering truth in God’s Word for themselves by using the Inductive Bible Study Method. The cost of workbooks varies depending on our study. We wholeheartedly welcome all visitors!

OVERCOMERS BIBLE STUDY

Overcomers Bible Study is a weekly meeting where we address themes that help people get past addictions, life obstacles, and personal struggles, to find freedom and hope in Jesus Christ.

If you are battling addictions and the struggles of life, we wholeheartedly invite to join our Overcomers Bible Study. We strive to create a caring and supportive environment and believe in the power of the Word of God and prayer to help people find victory in their lives.

MOMMY MINISTRY

The focus of Mommy Ministry is to instruct and encourage moms in biblical childrearing and child-training. The first half of the class is an instructional session based on a quality selection of Christian parenting books. The rest of the class is a designated Q&A time with a focus on prayer and encouragement.

All moms are welcome for a wonderful time of ministry and encouragement. Here are several testimonials from mothers in the church who were impacted by the powerful Mommy Ministry classes:

NEW BELIEVERS CLASS

The New Believers Class explores basic foundational truths that will guide and enrich the first steps you will take in your new journey as a Christian. Lessons are presented in a question and answer format so that you can participate in the development of a solid understanding of basic Christian doctrine. Subjects include, among others: Faith in God, the Deity of Jesus Christ, Salvation, Building a Relationship with God, the Work of the Holy Spirit, the Church and Prophecy.

The New Believers Class is scheduled twice during each year. The first class will begin in February and run through March. The second will begin in mid-September and run through mid-November. Look for sign up posters in the church foyer a month preceding each class.

Our goal is to see you equipped with a greater understanding of the bible as it relates to your salvation and God’s plan for your life as well as answering any questions you may have. We welcome you to our home each Friday evening at 7:00 pm for dinner, dessert and a helping of God’s Word. Childcare will be provided. Limited transportation from church is available. We look forward to helping you begin your new life in Christ!

MARRIAGE CLASS

Marriage Class provides a safe place where couples can learn practical strategies for a lasting marriage. Here you can ask your questions and get real answers with sensitivity, depth, and biblical wisdom. And, you’ll find you’re not alone! We all deal with the same stuff, and together we will explore God’s intended design for marriage in the Bible.

We will discuss practical topics, such as: How to Work through Conflict (including how to argue productively), Finances and Budgeting, Child Training, Goals and Planning, and so many other issues we face as couples.

Larry and Geri Priest welcome you to their home each Friday evening at 7:30 for dinner, dessert, and a skillfully prepared portion of God’s Word that will help you along your way.
