(1 Tim. 4:11-16; 2 Tim. 4:1-8; Titus 2:11-14) 

MEMORY VERSE: Gal. 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

  • How can we know if a leader is teaching something besides God’s Word?

LESSON: OUR CHURCH FATHERS

MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 119:18 “Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.”

This week we learned about the Reformation and how our faith and church history has been passed down to us today.

  • What two things made Luther change his course of study?

  • Why did Luther write ninety-five theses and nail them to the church door.

  • Why is it important to pray for our church leaders? Do you pray for them?
