FROM THE ARCHIVES: Tear Down This Wall
"When social unrest, racial pain, and deep cultural fractures dominate our headlines, humanity naturally retreats behind ideological lines. In this urgent, timely republication from the archives, 'Revisit: Tear Down This Wall,' Pastor Harold Warner and the editorial team address our broken world with uncompromised scriptural truth. Moving past superficial political rhetoric, he takes readers on a journey straight to the root of human division—the hidden 'dividing wall of hostility' residing deep within the human heart. Drawing directly from Ephesians 2:11-18, he exposes why architectural, political, and cultural barriers fail to bring peace. Discover why true unity cannot be legislated or marched into existence, and how the shed blood of Jesus Christ breaks down our deepest animosities to create 'one new man' reconciled to God."
An Open Letter to HBO and Bill Maher | Re: Toxicity of Hatred
"When cultural elites openly cheer for an economic recession that would devastate millions of working-class families just to score a political victory, a dangerous threshold of hostility has been crossed. In this razor-sharp, counter-cultural critique, 'An Open Letter to HBO and Bill Maher,' Pastor Harold Warner addresses the venomous lack of civility choking modern discourse. Moving past simple political commentary, he exposes hatred as a fixed mental condition—the direct, prideful offspring of the devil that grants demonic strongholds in the human soul. Drawing an unforgettable parallel to Haman’s self-destructive obsession with Mordecai in the Book of Esther, he warns how unchecked bitterness blinds the elite, corrupts relationships with God, and poisons the public square. Discover how biblical humility acts as the ultimate antidote to a culture rotting from malicious division."
Imagine. Really?
"In the dark, uncertain early days of the 2020 global pandemic, a group of Hollywood celebrities made headlines by broadcasting a synchronous rendition of John Lennon’s classic anthem, Imagine. While intended as an expression of global unity, the gesture fell profoundly flat for millions facing real-world isolation, economic ruin, and sickness. In this razor-sharp and deeply discerning post, 'Imagine. Really?', Pastor Harold Warner dismantles the hollow theology of secular humanism. Moving past superficial media critiques, he exposes why a fantasy world with 'no heaven' and 'no religion' offers zero comfort to a broken humanity. Discover why true unity isn't found in imagining away our problems, but in confronting our fallen world through the uncompromised reality of Jesus Christ."
The Battle for the Next Generation
"Every generation faces a defining spiritual conflict, but none is more critical than the hidden war currently being fought over the hearts and minds of our children. In this urgent and deeply sobering post, 'The Battle for the Next Generation,' Pastor Harold Warner issues a wake-up call to parents, families, and the local church. Moving past casual parenting advice, he exposes the aggressive cultural forces designed to dismantle biblical values and alienate the youth from faith. Discover what it takes to build an unshakeable spiritual legacy, why passive parenting is no longer an option, and how to intentionally pass a vibrant, fire-tested relationship with Jesus Christ to those who will carry the torch after us."
Pastor Harold Warner gave his life to Jesus Christ on November 15th, 1970 in Prescott, Arizona. He had a radical conversion experience, taking him from a young hippie coasting through life to a young man filled with the Holy Spirit. Despite a tragic car accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down, he and his wife Mona responded to God’s call to minister the Gospel in Tucson, Arizona.
Door Church extends the vision of the Great Commission to reach the lost with an ongoing church planting ministry that extends across the U.S. and into 50+ nations worldwide. Pastor Warner faithfully serves as senior pastor to the same congregation that he and Mona started in 1973. His greatest joy is seeing precious souls redeemed by Jesus Christ, both in Tucson and around the world.
